Microdermabrasion is the system of pushing specially refined crystals at high velocity onto the surface of the skin to exfoliate dead skin cells and promote the generation of new skin cells, thereby creating a skin surface which is clear, youthful and glowing. The Sapphire Microdermabrasion unit uses a vacuum suction nozzle performing a dual role: to suction the skin and promote lymphatic drainage and to remove excess crystals and abraded skin cells. Infrared light penetrates deep into the layers of the skin and is helpful for gentle skin rejuvenation, collagen stimulation, wound healing and scar reduction. Infrared light treatment can be used before or after a microdermabrasion treatment.

The third attachment is the Cell-U-Slim. Vacuum suction rollers help to break down adipose tissue, while the Red 650nm LED stimulates cells deep down to soften tissue and increase the effects of the cellulite rollers. MICRODERMABRASION TREATMENTS

We guarantee visible improvements with 6 microdermabrasion skin treatments. That is one treatment per week for six weeks in a course of treatments. Naturally, maintenance is a great idea with one treatment per month once your customer has achieved their desired skin result.

The action of microdermabrasion promotes skin rejuvenation, producing new collagen. It does this by providing a superior exfoliation and aids lymphatic processes deep within the skin. This is much more powerful than a standalone cosmetic product application. The microdermabrasion treatment is strong enough to ensure excellent results on its own, but gentle enough to be used in conjunction with other treatments, especially phototherapy.

Since the treatment is non-abrasive and not a harsh treatment, there is no down time for your customer. Results of microdermabrasion treatments:

SUBJECT D (MALE): Subject D presented with severe acne. Subject received 6 microdermabrasion treatments, 1 per week for 6 weeks and received 3 phototherapy treatments, 1 every 2 weeks. Results show a reduction in the amount of acne and severity of acne. Deep pitted acne scars have been prevented, skin texture is smoother and rejuvenated.

SUBJECT E (MALE): Subject E presented with a deep scar resulting from a fallen object injury. Subject received 6 microdermabrasion treatments, 1 per week for 6 weeks. Results show a visual improvement to the severity, depth and colour of the scar.

SUBJECT F (FEMALE): Subject F presented with with noticeable and ridged stretch marks across the breasts. Subject received 6 microdermabrasion treatments, 1 a week for 6 weeks. The results show the texture of the stretch marks is much smoother and much less noticeable.
