Warranties and Policies

Here at Sapphire, we aim to achieve best industry standards and practices with all of our equipment and consumables. In line with this view, we have set out a number of warranties and policies so that our clients can be sure they are purchasing the best equipment and consumables, for the best price and receive the best customer service.

WARRANTY AND SERVICING

Both the Sapphire Microdermabrasion and Sapphire Photonlite come with a 2 year warranty. This warranty covers parts and labour for 2 years from the date of your purchase.

Servicing is an important part of any machine maintenance. Ensure your investment doesn’t become a liability by keeping the machines serviced regularly. We recommend the following service regimes to get the best out of your equipment:

The Sapphire machines are robust units. They are quality Australian built and designed to last. Reliability is a key criteria for our machines. Should you have any problems whatsoever with the machines, please consult the user manual for troubleshooting tips. If your problem cannot be resolved, contact our main office for support. Our technical support team will endeavour to fix the problem with you over the phone. Should the technician feel that further analysis is required, we will ask you to send the machine to our factory for a thorough investigation of the problem.

To ensure your business is not disadvantaged in any way, we will provide a free “loan” machine whilst your machine is undergoing repair if you request this.

FINANCE

We understand that the purchase of capital equipment can put a strain on your budget, so to make the decision process easier for you, we offer a range of finance and leasing options tailored to suit your company budget requirements. When making an enquiry, please ask us about our finance options and how your company can take advantage of these options.

For Australian companies, take advantage of the Government’s generous Tax Break on capital equipment. If your company meets certain criteria, you can receive a tax break of up to 50% on your equipment purchase. This certainly makes the purchase of capital equipment much more attractive. But you will need to hurry, this offer from the Government is only available on purchases made by 31st December 2009. TRADE-INS AND UPGRADES

The Sapphire Trade-In Program allows you to trade-in your current microdermabrasion and phototherapy equipment for new Sapphire equipment. We will assess the value of your current equipment and deduct the value of your equipment from the price of your new equipment purchase.

If you already own a Sapphire Microdermabrasion or Photonlite machine, you may be able to upgrade it to use the LED and Cell-U-Slim attachments. Check the information following to see if your equipment is eligibile for an upgrade.

The Photonlite can only be upgraded to use the LED attachments, which is useful for providing additional localised light therapy during a Photonlite treatment.

The Sapphire Digital Microdermabrasion can be upgraded to use both the LED attachments and the Cell-U-Slim attachment, allowing you to provide more services and treatments for your clients.

The Sapphire Analogue Diamond Microdermabrasion can only be upgraded to use the LED attachments.

Upgrades are easy to request, simply contact our office (see our Contact Us page for details) and discuss your requirements with a technician. They will advise you of what will need to be done and how much the procedure will cost.

CONSUMABLES

At Sapphire we stock a range of high quality consumables to ensure your equipment operates and performs at its best. The Photonlite doesn’t use any consumables, so you won’t need to worry about your machine, just have it serviced every 4 years for optimum operation.

The biggest consumable that you will go through with your Sapphire Microdermabrasion is crystals. We stock high quality, clean Corundum Crystals which we recommend to use with the Sapphire Microdermabrasion machine. There are a lot of companies selling crystals out there, so you need to check the quality before you purchase. Some of the cheaper companies fall down in quality as they allow impurities like hair, fluff, lint, grass and dirt to be mixed with the crystals. It’s impurities such as these that clog the machines and cause reduced pressure issues, not to mention the hygiene issues! Be sure you’re using the cleanest and highest quality grade crystals and your machine will reward you with consistent operation.

You can also use your machine without crystals by using the Diamond Heads. However, the results you will see from Diamond microdermabrasion will be much lower and take more treatments to equal the results from a crystal microdermabrasion.
